Employee Scheduling Assistant - is an employee scheduling program that also tracks vacations, overtime and sicktime, for businesses with mostly full-time employees. Easily create a schedule for a 3-year period, for up to 150 employees in up to 99 departments. Track daily activities by assigning custom day types (e.g. V = vacation, 1 = 1st shift, T = training) and view these on a monthly department schedule, or on a yearly employee schedule. Assign shifts using a rotation template. Manage personnel data. Appointments and other information or comments may be stored for each employee and for each day. You can display, sort, and print schedules, graphs and reports in a variety of formats. There are two levels of password protection. Includes an example department with sample data
